Attention Bus Riders. 2022-23 Bus Routes have been posted on the district's Transportation webpage https://www.monroevilleschools.org/transportation.aspx Please find your morning and/or afternoon address and estimated time on the listed routes. Note that these are estimated times based on the information that was provided. Please be ready early the first few weeks of school.If you do not see the address for your student's pick-up or drop-off address, please contact Adam Gerber by email [email protected] or contact the Bus Garage at 419-465-2093.EHOVE Students will be required to meet in front of the Board of Education office no later than 7:40 am for morning transportation this year. A bus will be waiting for them at EHOVE in the afternoons to take your student home.

Open Enrollment applications for 2022/2023 are due May 31st. Acceptance for students currently open enrolled is not automatic. All late applications can be subject to denial.

Dear Parent/Guardian:April 22, 2022Kindergarten registration for Monroeville Local Schools will be open April 22nd through May 13th . Children are eligible to attend kindergarten during the 2022-2023 school year if they are five years of age on or before August 1, 2022. Parents are reminded that Ohio law now requires kindergarten attendance or an approved alternative before admission to first grade.The first step in the registration process is to complete the online enrollment through FinalForms. This enrollment can be found on the district's website under the parent tab then click on Enrollment. If you do not have internet access, please contact us to schedule an appointment to complete the online enrollment forms in person at the school during regular business hours.You will need to schedule an appointment to finalize enrollment. You also be required to submit the following forms to the district for enrollment. You may upload these documents through FinalForms, which can be done with your mobile device. If you prefer you may bring the forms with you to the scheduled appointment to complete the enrollment process. Please note that your child’s enrollment is not complete until all of the following documents are received. Student Birth Certificate Immunization Records Parent/ Guardian Driver license Custody Paper (if applicable) Parent/ Guardian Proof of Residency (utility bill such as cable, phone, gas, or electric, dated within the last 30 days. We also accept lease and purchase agreements. We cannot accept a medical or credit card bill. If you are living with someone and/or do not have utility bill in your name, please contact the Board of Education office for special arrangements).Parents will be given an appointment date and time for kindergarten screening after all of the documents listed above are present. Kindergarten Screening will be August 24th, 25th, 26th. During screening, your child will go through the various academic assessments to assess the following areas of your child’s development: vision, hearing, speech/language, fine motor, and general health. Please plan to allow approximately one hour for screening. We look forward to meeting you and your child!
